Borjacho, Welcome here. Your are totally rigth. I modified the suspensions and cut the wheel a little bit to allow the tire fit perfectly into the chassis. I also modified the heigth of the springs parts to get this tarmac version.

FABIO.

Hi, Fabio: As you can see, I´m a new member, jaja. So. I would like to take advance of Eduardo question about use of Tamiya wheels in Hasegawa kits. How do you solve problem with suspension? I´m trying to adapt tamiya Impreza WRC wheels to Hasegawa Impreza WRX for Sainz version and I´m not sure if eliminate suspension (only spring part) or cut wheel to make it thinner. I can see that maybe upper suspension part is modified. I´m right?

Best regards, and very good work.

Eduardo, the rims showed on this Focus'05 are 50 resin-50 plastic. That means that I replaced the original center of the renaissance (5 nuts) with the center of 4 nuts (tamiya Focus) to create the original rims showed in 2005 season. Eduardo, What kind of information do you need for your Focus?.

Regards,

FABIO.

Thanks for your answer Fabio. Two last questions, the renaissance wheels are made of resin?, can you upload osme pictures of an older Focus, I'm building the Revell kit ( a cheap hasegawa) and would like some built model.

Thanks Eduardo for your comment. You are right. I used the Tamiya ones......Renaissance 15 spokes rims center of originals Ford Focus rims Tamiya tires. About the mirrors, the Ford Focus'05 still in process. It is 60% build.

Regards,

FABIO.
