Description  

Luego de unos meses de muchisimo trabajo y no poder tocar el este modelo, aca les muestro algunas imagenes de como modifique las columnas de la horquilla delantera de esta Yamaha M-1 2006 que estoy por terminar luego de idas y venidas.

Esta es la pieza original. Se ve entre los pines donde va sujeto el caliper de freno un pequeño cilindro que no tiene forma alguna por cuestiones de matriz.
Aqui muestro una preforma (en verde) con el dibujo que deberia tener este cilindro que es el reservorio de aceite del amortiguador.
Perforando cuidadosamente sobre el cilindro lo ahuecamos y preparamos para el siguiente paso.
Llenamos con masilla epoxi o fotopolimerizable, la zona antes perforada.
Y luego de precionar con la preforma en la imagen 2° sobre la masilla, la forma se transfiere al cilindro y luego de endurecida la misma este es el resultado. Simple, pero mejora mucho el aspecto con muy poco esfuerzo.
