The old Lady

Kit / Model

Triumph 3HW

Manufacturer

Esci

Item Code

N/A

Scale

1/9

Description

The kit is very old and not easy to find. It’s a pity because with the exception of a few weak point is valid and unique. He biggest gap is the frame: the mouldings result not to be aligned. So the need to sand the entire complex to obtain the correct shape. On the other hand the details are beautiful. Only the canvas surfaces and leather parts need to be modified to obtain a more realistic result. I used tissue paper hardened by diluted white glue for the first one and lead foil for the latter. Paints by Humbrol and Model Master. Weathering obtained with inks and dry brushing.

Thank you Mario! Unlikely I built the lady years ago, so d0n't have any picture during the "works in progress". I promise I''do it for my next work. Ciao
