Honda RA273 1/12

Kit / Model

Honda RA273 w/Photo-Etched Parts

Manufacturer

Tamiya

Item Code

12032

Scale

1/12

Description

This is a re-issue kit with p/e parts and aluminum intake funnels in the box. I didn't use any aftermarket parts - just my own wire, hoses, and a few scratch built pieces; rear brake line connectors (sprue part), oil tank cap (sprue part), dual pipes on side of engine (plastic rod), wire hose connectors - simple stuff. Body is Tamiya TS26 spray as specified, with clear coat before transfers, then waxed.

There are a few minor issues to fix...it's never finished till its broken...

The first F1 model I built back in the sixties, I will probably try to build it again. Excellent work.

Regards.
