a work in progress part 2

The Ferrari 875S continues to take form.

The engine master shown here doesn't look much as a collection of carved resin, plastic card and photo etched glued together but a mold was made from this and the finished engine has been cast in resin with a few ancillaries added then positioned temporarily in the chassis to see if it all fits.

I've taken a few pictures showing it in similar positions to the real one. Taking into account the different lens used for the model I think we're getting there. next up was to solder together the photo etched pieces for the grill ..
