Airfix - MPC, Orange car of Kiwi, M8D

Kit / Model

McLaren M8d

Manufacturer

MPC

Item Code

N/A

Scale

1/20

Description

Airfix - MPC, Airfix has brought MPC on 1980's, I brought my first Mc Laren M8D, on 1983. It was poor build and lack of details.

I brought my second kit of M8D with Airfix - MPC from Scale Model World 2008, with second hand collection trades.

I was painted my bright orange with hand paint and flat & polished all over.

I made flash metal foils on chassis body.

I made spark plugs leads and fuel injection set. I drilled in trumpters

I has researched my McLaren books, and I see McLaren M8D in Donington Collection museum, Now, It was move to McLaren HQ.

I was sprayed rear aerofoil with gloss blue. It was Silver aerofoil with display with box.

Should be blue wing on there

I was building my second kit, as better quality model M8D, and
I has put my first kit in bin, because very poor build and not right
but still have bodyworks on there

I will show this second M8D on here
